Common questions
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the term.
What counts as a used Interview Package?
Each AI-powered voice interview session consumed by a candidate counts as one Interview Package, regardless of session length.
What is the success fee?
The success fee is a percentage of the candidate's first-year gross salary, charged once a hire is confirmed. It decreases as your company plan scales.
Is my candidate profile visible to companies before I apply?
Your profile is private by default. It is only shared with a company when you submit an application or explicitly turn on recruiter visibility.
Does Mirage work in German?
Yes. Both candidate and company interfaces are fully bilingual. AI interview sessions run in English or German based on the candidate's preference.
What happens when I reach my Interview Package limit?
You can purchase additional Interview Packages as add-ons at any time. Usage is tracked in real time in your billing dashboard.
